1. Eligibility for Returns

  • You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition/packaging.

  • Custom or personalized products, clearance, and final-sale items are non-returnable unless defective or damaged.

2. How to Start a Return

  • To initiate a return, please email us at support@[yourdomain].com with your order number and reason for return.

  • Once approved, we’ll send you instructions on where to ship the item.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for purchasing their own return shipping label.

  • Once the return is received and approved, we will reimburse the return shipping cost (up to the original shipping amount paid) along with the product refund.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we’ve received and inspected the returned item.

  • Shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable.

  • If the return is due to an error on our end (wrong item, damaged product, etc.), we will cover all shipping costs.

5. Exchanges

At this time, we do not process direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or style, please return the item for a refund and place a new order.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a manufacturing error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll issue a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
